When you apply to drive with us

Why we collect it

To arrange the trip you asked for, to reply to your enquiry, and to assess your application to drive with us. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Cookies

Our forms use a cookie named session for security, including protection against forged submissions. It is not readable by JavaScript. For ordinary visitors it is a browser-session cookie; an authenticated admin session can remain valid for up to eight hours.

Analytics and third parties

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand general website usage and performance, such as page visits and loading speed. These services send technical usage and performance information to Vercel. We use this information only to maintain and improve the website, not for advertising.

Our fonts are served from our own site. Speed Insights is loaded through a content delivery network, so that provider also receives the technical information normally sent when your browser requests a file.

When you submit a form we open WhatsApp so you can send us the details. At that point your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in a hosted database and are reachable only through our password-protected admin page. Traffic to this site is encrypted over HTTPS.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep normal business records. Driver applications are kept while the application is under consideration. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 90749 15435 and we will action the request.

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page.
