Why we collect it

To arrange the trip you asked for, to reply to your enquiry, and to assess your application to drive with us. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. There is nothing to opt in or out of.

Our booking, enquiry, driver signup and admin login pages set a single cookie named session. It holds only a security token that confirms the form was submitted from this website and not forged by another site. It contains no personal information, is not readable by JavaScript, and is deleted when you close your browser.

Fonts and third parties

Our fonts are served from our own site, so no third party is contacted to display this page. We do not embed analytics, advertising pixels or social media trackers.

When you submit a form we open WhatsApp so you can send us the details. At that point your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in a hosted database and are reachable only through our password-protected admin page. Traffic to this site is encrypted over HTTPS.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep normal business records. Driver applications are kept while the application is under consideration. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
