Terms and Conditions for Customers

The booking duration commences from the moment the vehicle is handed over to the driver. If the trip exceeds the predetermined minimum package duration, an extra hourly rate will apply for each additional hour. Any duration exceeding 30 minutes will be calculated as a full hour.

Before commencing the trip, the vehicle owner must ensure that the vehicle's RC Book, valid Comprehensive Insurance, and Pollution Certificate are in order and valid. The vehicle owner shall bear sole and full responsibility for any legal liabilities arising from trips conducted in vehicles lacking valid documents.

All expenses incurred throughout the journey—including FASTag / toll charges, parking fees, fuel costs, and interstate permit fees—must be borne directly and entirely by the vehicle owner.

If meals are not provided to the driver on time during the trip, a meal allowance (₹100 – ₹150 Bata per meal) and, for travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, a night duty allowance will be added to the final bill.

For one-way trips such as airport drops or inter-district drops where the driver is not brought back, the vehicle owner must bear the standard public transportation fare (KSRTC bus / train) for the driver to return to his base location.

Neither the driver nor our agency will be held liable for damages or faults arising from the vehicle's age or pre-existing technical issues (such as mechanical breakdowns, tyre punctures, clutch wear, battery failure, etc.). The driver’s responsibility is limited strictly to lawful and safe driving.

The vehicle must not be used for unlawful purposes or for transporting contraband/illicit substances. The driver must not be compelled to violate traffic rules. If you experience any misconduct or issues concerning the driver, please notify our customer care number immediately.
